First LEED certified home on Long Island

Seven years ago, we proudly built Long Island’s first LEED certified (Silver) home. Working together with our wonderful & dedicated clients, the USGBC, and architect James N. Keller of Northport, we built an environmentally responsible, high performance home that upheld the beautiful heritage of the area in which it was located.
